Ligia Novais de Oliveira

Ligia has over 10 years of experience in strategic civil and commercial litigation, with expertise in mediations, judicial proceedings, and domestic and international arbitrations. Her practice is focused on contractual and corporate matters, as well as domestic and international debt restructurings. She holds a Law degree and a master’s degree in Civil Procedure Law from the Universidade of São Paulo (USP-SP).
