Henrique Del Vecchio Rodrigues

Henrique has experience in judicial reorganization, extrajudicial reorganization, and bankruptcy-liquidation proceedings, as well as corporate litigation and arbitration. He has worked on some of the largest restructuring and insolvency proceedings in Brazil, advising international investment funds, financial institutions, and major Brazilian conglomerates.

He has also acted in strategic and highly complex civil and corporate disputes. He holds a Law degree from the Ribeirão Preto Law School of the University of Sao Paulo (FDRP-USP), a postgraduate degree in Corporate Law from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV-SP), and is currently enrolled in the master’s program in Commercial Law at the University of Sao Paulo (USP).
