César Rizzo

César is a specialist in debt restructuring, with a focus on capital solutions, direct lending, and special situations. He has extensive experience advising investment banks, private equity funds, and companies on debt transactions in the financial and capital markets, as well as on out-of-court transactions involving distressed assets and complex security/collateral packages across a range of economic sectors and jurisdictions.

His practice focuses on providing legal advice to domestic and foreign investors on structured transactions, with an emphasis on cross-border financing, transactions backed by receivables and/or legal claims, investment funds and distressed M&A, DIP financing, and implementation of court-supervised restructurings. He holds a Law degree from the State University of Londrina (Universidade Estadual de Londrina – UEL).
