João Pedro’s practice focuses on corporate and financial transactions, commercial contracts, domestic and cross-border debt restructurings, judicial reorganization proceedings, and corporate disputes.

With more than 10 years of experience, he has been involved in some of the most relevant and sophisticated matters in the Brazilian market, advising companies, controlling and minority shareholders, domestic and foreign investors, ad hoc committees, bondholders, lenders, and strategic creditors in transactions and disputes involving capital structures, debt and equity instruments, commercial contracts, judicial reorganization plans, corporate reorganizations, and corporate governance. He holds a Law degree from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, Sao Paulo.
