Victor Dias Vieira Clementino

Victor focuses on debt restructuring, insolvency proceedings, special situations, and complex business disputes. His practice centers on high-stakes cross-border matters, with particular emphasis on Brazil and Latin America. Over the past 15 years, Victor has advised on some of Brazil’s largest reorganization proceedings.

He also represents clients in complex corporate litigation and arbitration, leveraging experience gained at top-tier law firms in the United States and France. Victor is admitted to practice law in Brazil and in the State of New York. He holds an LL.M. from Columbia University, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, and a master’s degree from Université Panthéon-Assas (Paris II).
